As I sit here on a Sunday afternoon, looking out onto the town of Reims from my apartment, I have to wonder: what to do?
The bank is closed. I do not have enough laundry to justify paying the 3,50 it costs for each load. I have done as much homework as I feel like doing for a day. I should (and will) go for a walk, but I will still have several hours left to kill. I could eat, but I've been doing that for some time already (I found these chocolate snacks, yum!). I could read, but, well, nah. Of course, one idea stands out in my mind.
Last night I watched a James Bond movie for the first time in a while. Quite enjoyed it. So today, I have now decided, I will have a James Bond marathon. After my walk, of course. But I want to get in at least 3. Yesterday I watched The Man With The Golden Gun, so logically, today should include The Spy Who Loved Me, Moonraker, and For Your Eyes Only. This will be fun! (By the way, Roger Moore is pretty awesome. Sean Connery now has close competition in my top 3)
More on what I've been up to: yesterday morning, I went shopping with some friends, and they prepared an East Indian feast (delicious) for lunch. Last night, James Bond. This morning, contacted the LCBO and the Piper-Heidsieck champagne company for help on my project in Export Development class. Now, contemplating my walk and whether I should bring a camera. I think I will, seeing as I now have 4 sets of functioning batteries (thanks to a new battery charger I bought, which will stop working on June 30th). Speaking of which, I will also spend some time going through my photos and picking the ones I want to downsize and upload.
My next post should have some good ones.
Hope you all enjoyed your weekends, even those of you who had class.
Bye for now.
