New Year, same routine

Good evening,

We're about 3 weeks into the New Year now, so it's hardly new anymore. In fact, based on the last 3 weeks, it's safe to say that nothing is really new at all.

The most noteworthy event has been planning and booking my trip to Asia. I will officially be leaving at the end of March and staying through mid-April, visiting Japan, Taiwan and India, transiting through South Korea and Hong Kong. I see no reason why this shouldn't be an amazing trip.

My concert schedule is looking pretty promising, too. Last night I saw Classic Albums Live perform Led Zeppelin IV. It was quite good, though small hiccoughs along the way did occur, as expected. Overall, a very well-executed and interesting show. Up next, Deep Purple (the real band) in February, and The Doors (CAL again) in April. I'm very much looking forward to those events.

Beyond this, it's same old, same old. Still work at Hay Group. Still following GSP's workout plan. Still leading my hockey pool. Still trying to find a cure for boredom.

I'll check back in if I find one.
