Remember my last post when I said "If I find a cure for boredom, I'll check back in"? No, you don't, don't lie to me.
Well I did say that. And I have exciting news.
In about 9 days, I will be leaving for my first trip the the New Year, and first real vacation since, well, France. I'm heading East, (well, technically West), to the Land of the Rising Sun. That's right, I have decided to embark on a journey to the land of frequent earthquakes, nuclear meltdowns, and tentacles. But I won't let any of those things dissuade me, because this trip is going to be insane!
So, let me break it down for you: Thursday, March 29th, I fly from Ottawa to Tokyo (via Toronto). I will stay in Japan for 6 days, including 3 in Tokyo, 2 between Kyoto and Osaka, and 1 last night at the Narita airport.
From there, I will make my way from Tokyo to Delhi, via Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia). On my journey, I will fly over the Indian Ocean, and the Petronas Twin Towers (fuck yeah!). Once in Delhi, well, I sort of need to plan this part still. I intend on seeing as much of India's beauty as I can in 8 days. This will hopefully include Jaipur, Delhi, Agra, and a bit of Kashmir. We shall see.
I will definitely be back to post about my trip. There will be pictures. There will be stories. There will be blood (but only when I watch Game of Thrones' season opener) :D
